本研究におけるTemporal Modelの定義について 説明する. ・本研究での時間モデルはFunctional Modelと組 み合わせることでメンタルモデルの構築をより明 確にするための要素である. ・本研究内でのTemporal Modelの概念は「タスク 内のある作業の前後の手順またはタスクの全体像 を把握するための時間のモデル」ある.タスクを 行う際,操作画面上に現段階での作業内容もしく は現在地が表示されることで,現時点での情報の 獲得は可能である.しかし,前後の情報もしくは 全体像を加えて表記することでタスクの作業工程 数,課題の数など全体像が把握でき,メンタルモ デルの構築においてヒントを与えることが可能で ある. ・時間モデルとFunctional Modelの関係は, Functional Modelをつなぎ合わせ,タスクの全体 像が把握できるようにする「縦軸」の役目を時間 モデルが補うという構図になる.
