世界的に増加の傾向にある航空交通需要は,航 空管制業務(以下,管制業務)を行う航空管制官 (以下,管制官)によって支えられている.近年, 日本では管制官の不足が喫緊の課題となり,管制 官の養成訓練の効率化と期間短縮などによって対 応している. 管制業務では経験を通じて獲得された認知的能 力が不可欠であり,短期間にこのような能力を身 につけるには効率的な訓練が必要となる.そのよ うな能力の一つが監視能力であり,管制官の指示 と異なる状態の航空機を見つけ出す能力が必要と される. 先行研究において,航空路管制業務の中の レーダーを用いた業務を対象として,レーダー画 面の表示から“いち早く異常に気づく”能力の向 上をめざし,管制処理プロセス可視化ツール上 で動作する“異常に気づけるようにするためのト レーニング”機能を試作した.本研究では,この 機能をより多様な通常でない状況における訓練に 適用できるよう,改良を行った.
