衣服づ くりに役立つ障害者 と高齢者の身体の変形について 篠田 達明(愛 知県心身障害者コロニー中央病院) Deformity of the body of the handicapped and aged referred by clothes making Tatsuaki SHINODA (Central Hospital, Aichi Human Service Center) 重い障害者には、しばしば高度の変形や拘 縮が生ずる。四肢の関節拘縮、脊柱側弩、股 関節脱臼などがそれである。このような変形 は主として非対称性緊張性頚反射や緊張性迷 路反射などの原始反射によるものが多いと思 われるので、これ ら原始反射が、障害者の身 体の変形にいかに関与するかについてのべて みたい。 高齢者 もまた骨粗鬆症による脊柱の円背 や、四肢の廃用性萎縮などによって全身の変 形拘縮をきた しやすい。そこで高齢者のから だの変形の特徴についてふれ、障害者や高齢 者の身体計測をする際、われわれがおこなっ ている身長の3分割法による測定について紹 介する。また、日ごろ施設で用いている重い 障害者のための衣服について供覧する。
