2.方 法 被験者は正常視力(矯 正 を含む)を 有する健 常若年男子10名(19-24歳)を 対象 とした。 対象作業はマ ウス操作による画面注視型のメ ータ監視 ・制御作業 、90分 間の連続作業 を課 した。仰角注視角度は実験施設の制約か ら 50、また俯角注視角度は150×130cmの プラッ トフォームを約90cmの 高 さに持ち上げ、150 の俯角 を確保 した。視距離を約4mと した とき の110イ ンチ画面の水平および垂直視野角は、 個々に30°、20°であった。鉛直面な らびに操作 机上面照度を個々に250lx、500lxと した。 ま た、画面の配色輝度(約30cd/m2)お よびコン トラス トは明視できる環境にあった。椅子 ・机 および肘掛けの高 さは被験者 の好みの高さに 合わせ、肘掛 けの高 さはマ ウス操作面 となる机 上面の高 さにほぼ等 しい高 さに設定 された。 注視姿勢の差違による筋骨格系への影響 を 観察するために、測定項 目は座位の体圧分布 測定装置(座 ・背面 ともに10×10=100個 の圧 センサーか らなるが右坐骨軸の座面4.4-7,背 面4.14-17を 解析対象 とした。)に よる姿勢変 動ならびに4ch仕 様のホルター筋電計を用い たセウス操作側の右体側部の後頚部僧帽筋 、胸 鎖乳突筋、肩部僧帽筋、三角筋の計4個 所の表 面筋電図による筋負担 とした(5分 毎の平均)。
