A case of multiple neurilemmoma is reported. The patient was a 58-year-old male. His chief complain was slow progressive left buttock pain and a soft tumor of the left upper arm. He showed no symptoms of neurofibromatosis. He was operated on the spinal tumor of the cauda equina and soft tumor of the left ulnar nerve. The tumors were totally resected with good recovery. Histological examination of each specimen showed typical appearance of neurilemmoma. One year after his discharge he complains of no pain. Careful followup by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging is recommended.
