We consider the ∂̄ problem over an annulus Ω ⊂⊂ Cn between an internal p-pseudoconcave and an external q-pseudoconvex hypersuface respectively. We prove that the C∞(Ω̄)-cohomology of ∂̄ on antiholomorphic forms of degree k for q + 1 ≤ k ≤ p− 1 is finite-dimensional.
