The interaction between 5-hydroxy-3,3,5-trimethylisoxazolidine and hydrazides of acetic, isobutyric, thiobenzoic, and thioglycolic acids was investigated. The structures of the final products and their tendency to tautomeric transformations in solution were studied by Hand CNMR spectroscopy.
