The present study comprised of 20 eyes of 14 patients with keratoconus presenting at a single centre. The study was conducted to compare the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) in patients before and after Corneal Collagen Crosslinking with Riboflavin (C3R). Followup period was 6 months. A comprehensive systemic and ocular history was taken and a through slit lamp examination, UCVA, refraction, fundus, intraocular pressure, pachymetry and corneal topography was done. Corneal collagen crosslinking was performed and UCVA was checked at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months. Statistical analysis was performed and it was noted that the mean UCVA improved statistically as compared to the preoperative value. Hence, UCVA is likely to improve in patients who undergo C3R.
