The purpose of this study is to derive clues for the success of the golf course business by deriving the factors that competitiveness of Korean golf courses can be secured through the IPA based on the golf course selection attribute and consumer awareness of the caddy service. Jump? Or Crash? : An Approach to Golf Business Success Using IPA Copyright c 2019 HSST 924 sample t-test and IPA were conducted. As a result of analysis, all of the factors except the parking service such as valet are less satisfied than the importance of golf course selection attributes. Among the golf course selection attributes, the golf course managers should be improved such as cost, tee-off interval, and speed of race. On the other hand, in case of caddy service, it is necessary to improve the green line measurement ability, the ability to analyze the course, the ability to support the course, respectively. Therefore, golf course managers need not only to find ways to increase the convenience and satisfaction of the users, but also to strengthen the ability of caddies to support their progress as an expert.
