The purpose of this study is to examine how emotional and social intelligence affects individual creativity, group creativity, and academic achievement of college students majoring in advertising and public relations. First, it was confirmed that self-use of emotional intelligence and understanding of others affect positively on individual creativity. Second, it was confirmed that self-emotional control had a positive effect on group creativity. Third, self-emotional utilization, self-emotional control, and understanding of others' emotions have positive effects on academic achievement. Fourth, social perception and social openness of social intelligence have positive effects on social creativity and negative influence on individual creativity. Fifth, social openness and social perception of social intelligence had positive effects on social creativity and negative influence on social creativity.
