The purpose of this study was to explore working experiences employees with the developmental disabilities and real life in their working place as well as implications and intervention methods for employees in the developmental disabilities. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, this researcher drew the results through qualitative case study, interviewing the participants. The major findings of the study were as follows: Subcategories of ‘intolerable burdens’ were ones from ‘weak working environment’ and ‘endless relationship’. In details, ‘burdens from weak working environment’ meant ‘difficulties from commuting alone’, ‘concentration’ as subcategories. Subcategories of ‘keeping the stem up as suffering patiently’ were ‘having his/her hope and family’. ‘Keeping the stem up as having his or her family’ included ‘parents' great expectation on his or her working well’ and ‘supporting his or her family’.
