This study was to search incivility experienced and clinical practice stress by nursing student at practice place and investigate effecting factors to career identify. The subjects were 140 junior and senior nursing students who have clinical training and the materials were selected from June 1st, 2019 to June 30th through distributing structured questionnaire and self-reported method. Study result showed lower point than middle point 3 as 2.49point(5point) in incivility experienced by nursing student and 2.77point(5point) in career identify. Career Identify of nursing student has a correlation with incivility experienced at practice place and clinical practice stress. It showed that incivility experienced by nursing student at practice place and clinical practice stress are significantly effecting factors. And these factors showed 21.9% explanatory power. Based on this study result, various programs improving career identify of nursing student should be developed and applied.
