This study is for observing effects of Simsang-Poetry Therapy program called "Finding the Light of the Heart" on the homeless at the institution in 00 city. Simsang-Poetry therapy is an integrated art ‧ culture therapy, and the psychological treatment program of this study was conducted once a week, for 180 minutes per session, and for 32 sessions. The subjects of this study were five homeless people who participated in the program more than 80 percent. Thanks to the results of the phenomenological analysis, we were able to derive psychological and emotional stability of the homeless in the category of "perception, inner movement, inner growth, self-efficacy, self-respect, healing and emotional stability." According to the result, the average figure of stress, depression and anxiety scales decreased, the one of self-efficacy, self-esteem and self-reflection intelligence scales were improved, and the scales of self-reflection intelligence and self-efficacy were statistically significant. In other words, Simsang-Poetry Therapy had positive effects on the psychology and emotion of homeless people by making them introspect their own lives and have positivity in their minds.
