The following study has as an objective to report an experience at a Family Health Unit (USF) by undergraduate medical students as a tool to medical education at higher education, with the purpose to relate the basic concepts of territorialisation, the value of care in the community at primary health and the dinamic of Community Health Work (ACS) at micro-sectors. It is a descriptive research of the type of experience report at an USF which belongs to the health district V from João Pessoa. During the pratics there was an apresentation of the territory with the objective to understand the presence of any obstacles, risk areas or social device, as to get to know which profissionals work at the unit, as well as the working hours. In addition, there was visit at the micro-sector with the assistance of the ACS and visitations at some residencies for enrollment. Trough thus experience it was shown how important is the medical humanization with empathy and bond to the users.
