 Pemanfaatan tanaman sebagai minuman herbal sudah sering dijumpai, salah satu cara konsumsi tanaman yang dimanfaatkan sebagai minuman herbal yakni dengan membuatnya menjadi teh. Salah satu jenis teh yang saat ini mulai banyak dikembangkan adalah teh herbal yang berasal dari berbagai macam bunga. Kandungan senyawa yang bermanfaat banyak ditemukan pada beberapa jenis bunga, salah satunya adalah bunga kenop (Gomphrena globosa L.). Bunga kenop memiliki kandungan senyawa antara lain betasianin, flavonoid, saponin, minyak esensial. Senyawa tersebut dikenal memiliki sifat antioksidan yang baik bagi kesehatan tubuh. Pada rangkaian pengabdian masyarakat ini, pengabdi berupaya untuk memberikan edukasi dan memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar Dusun Suwur Treggalek untuk mengolah bunga kenop untuk dijadikan minuman herbal yang kaya antioksidan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 90% kepada masyarakat Dusun Suwur berdasarkan wawancara lisan terkait manfaat bunga kenop dan cara pengolahannya. Serta masyarakat berupaya untuk membudidayakan tanaman bunga kenop dalam sekala kecil di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Kata Kunci: Antioksidan, Budidaya, Bunga Kenop, Teh Herbal  ABSTRACT The use of plants to be made into herbal drinks is easy to find in daily life. One of the methods to consume them is to make the plants into tea. The tea that is currently being hyped is herbal tea which is made from various kinds of flowers. There are useful compounds found in some types of flowers, one of them is the kenop flower (Gomphrena globosa L.). Various compounds including betacyanins, flavonoids, saponins, and essential oils are found in Kenop flowers. These compounds are known to have antioxidant properties that are good for health. In this community service, the executor tried to educate and empower the community around Suwur Treggalek to process kenop flowers into the rich-antioxidant contained herbal drinks. The result of this service is an increase of 90% in community knowledge based on direct interview about the benefits of kenop flowers and how to process them. After the event, the community tried to cultivate kenop flower plants on a small scale in the neighborhood where they live. Keywords: Antioxidant, Cultivate, Herbal Tea, Kenop Flowers
