The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) cooling system is a very important component of the cooling system consisting of a condenser, dry cooler and pump functioning to maximize efficiency in the ORC system. The type of condenser used is the type of one shell one pass tube fluid used in the cooling system is npentane (as hot fluid) and water (as cold fluid). This study aims to obtain the thermal balance in the condenser, dry cooler and pump to get the results of the thermal analysis calculation on the heat transfer rate of n-pentane fluid and cooling water fluid in the condenser, dry cooler, and 500 kW ORC pump. The cooling process in the ORC cooling system on the dry cooler has reached the optimum coolant temperature at a temperature of 25°C to 35°C, this is indicated in the dry cooler coolant temperature ranges from 31°C to 32°C. Energy balance at the heat transfer rate of n-pentane Qdc = 2,34 kW while the rate of energy received by cold water fluid is Qc = 1,70 kW and the energy rate of the dry cooler Qeq = 0,64 kW according to the calculation of the p-h diagram.
