148 Abstract— In this study, fractal dimension analysis of the road network is carried out. The evaluation criteria and the start of treatment time are used as a measure to help protect life. The effect of the operation when the fractal number has any relationship with the ambulance, to set the level of road maintenance. The objective of the present study is to develop an evaluation method based on visualization of the effective sphere and setting of the road network form.
