We quantified sensitivities of electricity consumption (EC) to outdoor air temperature (OT) and outdoor air humidity (AH) in city-block-scale. Our analysis showed that branch point of summer OT (cooling) in the business districts is lower than that in the residential districts. In the residential districts, the sensitivities of EC to summer OT in early morning is the smallest and that at night is the largest during a day. The sensitivities of summer SH were the similar tendency of those of summer OT. As compared to researches before the Great East Japan Earthquake, sensitivities of EC to summer OT in our research are smaller those that in the past research.
