This study aims to validate the Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EII) using the Rasch Model. The research sample of 394 senior high school students (SMK and MAN) in the city of Semarang. The sample selection using cluster random sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that from 54 item to be 34 items fit use the Rasch measurement model with acceptable fit index (0.66 -1.49).
