The main purpose of this study is to find out the similarities and differences in the form of speaking dialect intonation of Sinar Resmi traditional society of Sukabumi Regency which is spoken by parents and young people. This study was conducted qualitatively with identification and classification in the form of Sundanese intonation of conversation dialect. Participants were two people, aged 36 years old and 69 years old respectively. Data were collected with an interview and recording notes. Analysis of conversational dialect data was based on the phonological theory of intonation from Katamba (1996). Data were obtained from 30 conversational dialects from each participant. It was found that the intonations can be categorized into three tones–downdrift, downstep, and upstep, but each with different numbers. From the younger participant, there are two types of downdrift tone; ten types of downstep tone; and 18 types of upstep tone. Meanwhile, from the older participant’s conversational dialect sentences, there are 10 types of downdrift tone, 11 types of downstep tone, and 9 types of upstep tone.
