Реферат Мета. Порівняти теоретично отримані і реальні показники частоти виникнення післяопераційних ускладнень і летальності з подальшим визначенням прийнятності використаних індексів для практичної роботи. Матеріали і методи. Дослідження проведене щодо 90 хворих з морбідним ожирінням, яким в Інституті виконали рукавну резекцію шлунка (група А) та біліопанкреатичне шунтування (група Б) за період з 2014 по 2018 р. Для кожної групи хворих розраховували індекси P –POSSUM. Порівняно розрахункові та реальні показники післяопераційних ускладнень та летальності. Результати. В обох групах жоден пацієнт не помер. Розраховані частота виникнення ускладнень і летальність у пацієнтів групи Б становили (94,7 ± 15,5) та (2,6 ± 4,4)% відповідно, у пацієнтів групи А – (18,6 ± 6,2) та (0,7 ± 0,3)% відповідно. Для оцінки прийнятності використаних індексів для практичної роботи застосували тест Левіна. Висновки. Шкала P –POSSUM має високу специфічність для визначення операційного ризику у пацієнтів з морбідним ожирінням. Ключові слова: морбідне ожиріння; індекси ризику; шкала P –POSSUM; ускладнення. Abstract Objective. To compare theoretically obtained and real indices of the occurrence rate for postoperative complications and lethality with further determination of acceptability of the indices used in practical work. Маterials and methods. The investigation was conducted in 90 patients, suffering morbid obesity, to whom the gastric sleeve resection was done in the Institute (Group А) and biliopancreatic shunting (Group B) in 2014 – 2018 yrs. For every group of patients the P –POSSUM indices were calculated. The calculation and real indices of morbidity and lethality were compared. Results. There was no lethality in both groups. The calculated rate for the complications and lethality occurrence in patients of Group B have constituted (94.7 ± 15.5) and (2.6 ± 4.4)%, accordingly, and in patients of the Group А – (18.6 ± 6.2) and (0.7 ± 0.3)% accordingly. Levine’s test was applied for estimation of the indices used acceptability in practical work. Conclusion. P –POSSUM scale has high specificity for determination of the operation risk in patients, suffering morbid obesity. Кeywords: morbid obesity; іndices of risk; P –POSSUM scale; complications.
