Исследуются вопросы оказания бесплатной юридической помощи различными участниками государственной и негосударственной систем, анализируются статистические данные деятельности участников БЮП в Тверской области, дается оценка положений законопроекта о внесении изменений в закон о бесплатной юридической помощи в РФ, обосновывается самобытность юридических клиник как участников негосударственной системы, их значимость в реализации образовательного процесса и нецелесообразность формализации их деятельности. The article examines the issues of providing free legal assistance by various participants in the state and non-state system, analyzes the statistical data on the activities of participants in the FCLA in the Tver region, assesses the provisions of the draft law on amending the law on free legal aid in the Russian Federation, substantiates the originality of legal clinics as participants in the non-state system, their importance in the implementation of the educational process and the inexpediency of formalizing their activities.
