Este trabalho apresenta o uso de jogos digitais voltados para a area da neuropsicologia, no contexto das funcoes executivas (FE), com foco no componente de controle inibitorio, em aplicacoes com criancas do Ensino Fundamental. Nesse sentido, o objetivo desta investigacao e realizar uma pesquisa bibliografica exploratoria, estruturada em revisao de literatura, sobre o uso de jogos digitais na area das funcoes executivas, especificamente o controle inibitorio, com criancas de 6 a 13 anos de idade. A metodologia proposta nesta pesquisa exploratoria foi realizada em duas bases de dados utilizando os mesmos descritores: uma nacional, Capes; e a segunda internacional, a base de dados Scopus. Como resultado, foram encontrados ao todo 5 trabalhos que apresentavam jogos digitais voltados para o controle inibitorio ou sua estimulacao. Os resultados desta pesquisa indicam que jogos digitais voltados para o controle inibitorio em criancas do ensino fundamental ainda carecem de maiores investigacoes, e que as pesquisas encontradas nao levaram em consideracao a consequencia dos programas nos individuos e seus comportamentos a medio e longo prazo, apos a aplicacao das intervencoes. ABSTRACT This work presents the use of digital games aimed at the neuropsychology field, specifically in the context of the executive functions (EF) focusing on the inhibitory control component in applications with elementary school children. The objective of this investigation is to perform a exploratory bibliographic research, structured in literature review,on the use of digital games in the executive functions area, specifically inhibitory control, with children from 6 to 13 years old. The methodology proposed in this exploratory research was performed utilizing two databases with the same keywords: Capes, a national database; and Scopus, an international database. As result, altogether, 5 researches that presented digital games aimed for inhibitory control or stimulation were found. The results of this research indicate that digital games aimed for primary schools children’s inhibitory control still lack further investigation, and that the research found in the area did not take into account the consequences of their programs on the subjects and their behavior in medium and long term, after the implementation of the intervention.
