In this context, it presents technical concepts from the computer science area related to the topic, as well as it legally demonstrates the abuse of this kind of conduct used by some telecommunication service companies in the country. Nesse contexto, apresentam-se conceitos tecnicos da area de informatica relacionados com o tema, bem como demonstra-se juridicamente a abusividade desse tipo de conduta capitaneado por algumas empresas de servico de telecomunicacoes em nosso pais.
