The purpose of this research are to know the implementation and to analyze the relationship between response of farmer group members. The research was conducted purposively in West Metro Sub District. The samples research were 72 household farmers. The study was carried out from June to July 2018. The research use survey method, and the data was analyzed by using descriptive analyze and Rank Spearman correlation. The results of this study showed that the implementation of Upsus Pajale Program activities in West Metro Sub District included the development of irrigation networks, increasing productivity and cropping indices through the movement of implementing integrated crop management, providing seed assistance, fertilizer, agricultural machinery and equipment, controlling plant pests and counseling on the effects of climate change, agricultural insurance, escort and assistance program. Overall response of farmer’s group member in Upsus Pajale Program were well. Factor that related with the response of farmer group members in the Upus Pajale Program was land area. Factors that did not related with the response of farmer group members in the Upsus Pajale Program were age, level of formal education, farming experience and the number of family dependents.
