ヒト肺小細胞癌細胞株を用いたコロニー形成法により, 各種制癌性白金錯体とetoposide (ETP) とのinvitroにおける併用効果の検討を行った.cisplatin (CDDP) とETPの併用では相乗効果が認められたが, carboplatinとETPの併用効果はほぼ相加的であった.また254一SとETPの併用では, 低用量の場合には拮抗作用を示したが, 高用量の場合には相乗効果が認められた.
