In spite of an increase of recent interests in teleworking,theory and techniques for forecasting how many people really accept teleworking are not yet established. This paper focuses on the forecasting procedures for demand of the at-home employment type telework, which is based on a regret-matching algorithm. The regret-matching scheme is a game-theoretical approach that corresponds to generic games. In this paper,we show that our approach is useful for predicting the switching behavior between teleworking and ordinary commuting when a worker can choose either. JEL Classification:C73,R41
