RESUMO Este artigo visa entender se e como a Teoria da Comunicacao, de Roman Jakobson, esta presente nas atividades de cunho oral do livro didatico de Portugues Projeto Radix - 7o ano. Constatou-se que, na maioria das atividades, o texto oral tem por base o texto escrito, sendo o texto oral espontâneo pouco abordado. A oralidade e pensada, especialmente, a partir do fator constitutivo do ato de comunicacao verbal - o canal; sendo mais recorrente a funcao fatica. Observou-se que apesar da teoria da comunicacao nao estar nos referenciais desse livro, ela se encontra nele, implicitamente e sob outras denominacoes. PALAVRAS-CHAVE Teoria da comunicacao. Expressao oral ABSTRACT This paper aims to understand if and how the Theory of Communication, by Roman Jakobson, is in oral activities from Portuguese textbook – Projeto Radix, 7th grade. It was pointed out that, in most of the activities, the oral text has as basis the written, dealing a few with spontaneous oral text. The oral expression is thought, specially, from the constitutive factor of act of verbal communication – the contact; being the phatic function the most appealing. In general, it was perceived that, despite the theory of communication not be in textbook theoretical references, it is there, implicitly and with other terminology. KEYWORDS Theory of Communication.
