Este trabajo consiste en un estudio de la sentencia del recurso SUP-LDC-481/2012 dictada por la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federacion. El autor ofrece algunas reflexiones respecto al fondo del asunto y de su posterior resolucion. Dicha resolucion tuvo como resultado que los habitantes de la agencia municipal de Santa Rosa Matagallinas no pudieran votar en la eleccion de los concejales municipales.
