(1)連続観測 2012年6月29日~9月19日,および11月1日~21日ま で,新西宮ヨットハーバー(以下YH;図-1のSt. A)の, 海面下1.0 mに多項目水質計WQC-24(東亜DKK社製), およびメモリ水温・塩分計ACT-HR(JFEアドバンテック 社製)を設置し,10分間隔で水温,塩分,pHおよびDO の連続観測を行った. (2)大阪湾東部観測 大阪湾における面的なCO2フラックスを明らかにするた めに,第五管区海上保安本部海洋情報部が毎月実施して いる大阪湾環境保全調査における19地点(図-1の●印)の 水温,塩分,pHおよびDOのデータを解析した.解析期 間は,2011年7月~2013年3月である.水平分布図作成に は,Schlitzer(2005)のOcean Data Viewを用いた. (3)海水中のCO2系の測定 海水中のCO2系の連続観測は,pHと全アルカリ度から 大阪湾東部の二酸化炭素の放出・吸収量 Fluxes of Carbon Dioxide in the Eastern Regions of Osaka Bay
