供試材 と して,Fe-25Cr-5Ni-0.1N系 のSUS329 JI二 相 ステ ンレス鋼を用いた.Table1に,母 材及び 溶接 ワイヤーの 化学成分 を 示 した。 母材の機械的性質 は,0.2%耐 力が559MPa,引 っ張 り強 さが745MPa, 伸びが39%で ある。溶接電 流を300A,ア ー ク電圧 を30 V,走 行速度を5mm/s(入 熱量 に して18kJ/cm)の 溶 接条件を用いて,MIG法 によ りbead on plate溶 接を 行 って,溶 接熱サ イクルと溶接部 の金属組織を調べた. この場 合の溶接熱履歴 を,溶 接用母材の数か所に,P・R 熱電対 を埋 め込んで測定 した.次 に,電 磁誘 導型 の再現 熱サ イクル装置を用いて,Fig.1に 示 した ような溶接熱 サ イクルを与 え,金 属組織を種 々変化 させ た試料 を多数 作製 した。その後,サ ブサ イズシャル ピー試 験片(JI SZ2202-4号)に 機械加工 した.衝 撃試験は,294J級 の シ ャル ピー衝撃試験機 を用 いて,293K,194K,お よび 77Kの3種 類の試験温度で行 った。試 験後 の破面 を, 走査型電 子顕微鏡(SEM)に よって観 察 した。光学顕微 鏡 による金属組織の観察 の た め に は,試 料 を研摩後,
