Cl.perfringens characterization is very important for studying the epizootic process and necessary for selecting strains for the effective vaccines. Toxins identification by neutralization reaction is time-consuming, expensive and long-term research, sometimes without accurate results. Molecular typing of Cl.perfringens strains was made on collections of microorganisms with high sensitivity and specificity. Cultures of Clostridium spp. isolated from pathological material in 2016 were studied by PCR method as well.
