Aim. To confirm the effectiveness of STEM-technology in developing creative abilities of 7–9 grades pupils on the basis of the authors’ psychological and pedagogical program. Methodology. The authors have analysed modern approaches to the formation and development of pupils’ creative activity. A special program of creative abilities development of 7-9 grades pupils is developed and introduced into the educational process. The study was based on the comparison of two groups of students the experimental and the control group, shaped by the criterion of psychological-pedagogical program engagement. Results. A positive dynamic of the general level of development of creative abilities and individual characteristics of creative thinking of pupils based on STEM-technology at the experimental group
