This paper focus on the functioning of school as a place of production of individualization and simplification of the teacher’s work. To achieve our goal, we shall analyze official documents which support internal communications in school as discourse gender (BAKHTIN, 2000; MAINGUENEAU, 2001). After that we will discuss narrated speech (SANT’ANNA, 2000; ARIAS, 2003; DEUSDARA, 2006). By means of these analyses we discuss the enunciative production of the disposals which contribute to the effect of making invisible a large set of teacher’s activities.
