We had visited our well-estabilished historian, estimated scholar person, Prof. Dr. Halil İnalcık at his private flat on Bilkent University Campus on 8th March, 2016 that is a few months before he passed away (25. 07. 2016) and presented himself the “The Congress Papers Book”. In this study, it is aimed to make a note of history by publishing the mentioned interview which lasted approximately for an hour.
