In this study, Nickel-based Inconel 718 super alloy, which is frequently used in aerospace and nuclear energy, is combined with Plasma Welding Method. The effect of current density was investigated by using five different currents 130-140-160-180 and 200A in the coupling process. The speed of progress of the welding process is 0,1 m / min and gas flow is 0,5 lt / min. and the welding process is applied to only one surface of the sample. Tensile tests were applied to the samples and microhardness measurements were made after welding. As a result of the study, it was observed that the penetration with increasing current intensity at the junction points of the samples and the hardness values with increasing tensile strength were not affected by the current intensity.
