Linear viscoelastic properties and molecular dynamics of polymeric systems have long been studied by many researches. However, most of the rheological studies concern the solutions in dilute regime or well entangled regime. Systematic studies around the coil-overlapping concentration are quite limited. Linear viscoelastic properties of dilute polymer solutions were well described by the bead-spring model. The earliest and basic theory using the bead-spring model is called as the Rouse theory, which ignore hydrodynamic interaction between beads. The Zimm theory considers the hydrodynamic interaction.
