Learning ObjectivesEvaluate the frequency of trastuzumab‐related serious cardiac events in clinical practice. Assess the cumulative incidence of cardiac disorders at 1, 2, and 3 years after first administration, irrespective of drug discontinuation. Identify predictors for the onset of cardiotoxicity.
