espanolEl presente trabajo analiza las propiedades fisicas de tasa de absorcion inicial agua TIA y porcentaje de absorcion final de agua a las 24 horas y las propiedades mecanicas de resistencia a la compresion y a la flexion, respecto a los perfiles de temperatura registrados durante la coccion de bloques ceramicos H10. Se implemento un sistema para monitorear las temperaturas en el horno utilizando el software Labview, con termopares tipo K con bulbo de aleacion cromo-aluminio instaladas en la pared del horno. Los ensayos para determinar las propiedades fisicas y mecanicas fueron realizados siguiendo la Norma Tecnica Colombiana NTC 4017. Se clasifico el horno en cuatro niveles del mas alto al mas bajo y se tomaron muestras de bloques por niveles, en los niveles superiores del horno se alcanza en menor tiempo los 500 °C y se supera los 900 °C, produciendo un mejor proceso de coccion de productos con mas alta resistencia a la compresion y a la flexion cumpliendo los requerimientos de la NTC 4205, asi mismo en los bloques ubicados en la parte inferior del horno se presenta mayor tasa de absorcion de agua que en los producidos en los niveles superiores. EnglishThe present work analyzes the physical properties of the initial absorption rate TIA water and the percentage of final absorption of water at 24 hours and the mechanical properties of resistance to compression and bending, with respect to the temperature profiles recorded during the firing of blocks Ceramics H10. A system for monitoring oven temperatures was implemented using Labview software, with K-type chromealuminum alloy bulb thermocouples installed in the oven wall. The tests to determine the physical and mechanical properties were performed according to the Colombian Technical Standard NTC 4017. The oven was classified in four levels from the highest to the lowest and samples of blocks by levels were taken, in the upper levels of the oven it is reached in Less time 500 ° C and exceeds 900 ° C, producing a better process of cooking products with higher resistance to compression and bending, complying with the requirements of NTC 4205, as well in the blocks located at the bottom Of the oven presents a higher rate of water absorption than those produced at higher levels.
