A dinâmica de ocupacao e uso da terra contribui para a organizacao de morfologias que adquirem carater antropogenico. Assim, este trabalho foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de realizar uma revisao de literatura sobre os estudos do Homem enquanto agente geomorfologico, bem como apresentar dois estudos de casos que retratam as transformacoes ocorridas em tempo historico: um deles em regioes agropastoris e outro em area vinculada a atividades de mineracao. Estudos atrelados a antropogeomorfologia podem contribuir para o planejamento ambiental dos sistemas fisico-ambientais, promovendo o minimo impacto desencadeado pelo processo de ocupacao sobre as formas do relevo e rede de drenagem, a fim de evitar situacoes de risco para as diferentes atividades antropicas desenvolvidas. Palavras-chave: Alteracoes geomorfologicas; uso da terra; acao antropica ABSTRACT Land use/cover dynamics contributes to the organization of anthropogenic morphologies. This work aims to carrying out a literature review that enables the analysis of the evolution of man as geomorphological agent and present two Brazilian case studies that depict transformations occurred in historical time scale: in agricultural regions and mining activities areas. Studies linked to anthropogenic geomorphology may contribute to the environmental planning of physical-environmental systems, promoting minimal impact triggered by the spatial occupation over the landforms and drainage net, to avoid risky situations for the different human activities developed.
