The application of inorganic nanoparticles as nanocatalyst for synthesizing of nitrogen containing heterocycles are reviewed. While an inclusive summary of the various catalysts utilized in the synthesis of heterocycles is demonstrated with limited focus on the preparation or characterization of the catalyst.
