To a strongly -graded algebra  with 1-component , we associate the groupPicentgr⁢(A)\mathrm{Picent}^{\mathrm{gr}}(A)of isomorphism classes of invertible -graded(A,A)(A,A)-bimodules over the centralizer of  in . Our main result is aPicent\mathrm{Picent}version of the Beattie–del Río exact sequence, involving Dade’s groupG⁢[B]G[B], which relatesPicentgr⁢(A)\mathrm{Picent}^{\mathrm{gr}}(A),Picent⁢(B)\mathrm{Picent}(B), and group cohomology.
