按照双言制理论在通用语使用域内台湾言语社区已形成以 “标准国语” 为高变体以 “台湾国语” 为低变体的双言制格局。要深化两岸现代汉语的对比研究应在台湾这一语言格局的框架内考察、分析两岸通用语在语音、词汇、语法各层面的差异。词汇方面普通话与台湾通用语“标准国语”“台湾国语”除了整体性差异也表现为普通话与 “标准国语” 或者 “台湾国语” 的单向性差异。理清台湾双言制格局下两岸差异的层次性才能对两岸通用语词汇差异做出全面、可靠的描写。
