Four cases of Pendred's syndrome from two different families are reported and the results of clinical investigation of these cases are described in this study. Case A, a 15 year-old female and case B, a 20 year-old male, were brother and sister, and case C, a 32 year-old female and case D, a 33 year-old male were also brother and sister from a different family. The goiter and congenital deaf-mutism were observed in every case.
