目的  了解内科门诊患者就医的现状与对人文关怀护理以及健康教育与心理的需求。方法  采用偶遇随机问卷调查的方法对综合性医院内科门诊患者进行调查对资料进行分析与整理。分析患者主要护理人文方面的需求、次要的需求以及健康教育与心理的需求。结果  门诊患者对人文关怀护理非常需求其次是健康教育方面和心理方面的需求。结论  护理人员应了解患者的人文关怀方面的需求以及健康教育与心理护理的需求从而达到增强护理人员主动服务意识改进就诊流程缩短患者的候诊时间方便患者就诊加强护患沟通以期提供优质的护理服务提高患者的满意度进而提高医院的信誉度。
