目的  探讨“1+2”医护配合模式在急性脑卒中患者救治中的应用。方法  对本院急诊科抢救室100例急性脑卒中患者在抢救过程中医护主动配合模式的总结分析查找不足与缺陷及时给予改进。结果  100例急性脑卒中患者通过绿色通道能迅速送入专科治疗无死亡病例。结论  急性脑卒中患者能否成功救治主要取决于发病后救治的及时程度。通过强化“1+2”医护配合模式加强医护人员之间的培训规范救治行为避免不必要的、重复性的医疗操作从而缩短急诊科的救治时间为专科治疗赢得时间降低致残率和死亡率。
