目的  有效降低极低体重儿外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管Peripherally inserted central catheterPICC后静脉炎的发生率。方法  2014年1月19日—3月19日本院NICU 激增27例PICC静脉炎发生率52.94%严峻的问题发生后该科室及本院感染控制科积极分析原因、制定对策并采取控制措施。从医护人员、患儿自身、科室管理、其他因素四个方面入手进行根本原因分析。医护人员主要从人员年资、操作技巧、血管选择、导管尖端位置四个方面分析患儿因素主要从体重、年龄、肢体活动度、皮肤清洁度分析管理主要从人员培训、管理督察、环境来分析其他因素主要从固定方法、管道质量、管道维护进行分析。针对以上原因制定对策采取应对措施静脉炎的发生率由52.94%降到6.01%。 结果  采取有效应对措施后静脉炎的发生率由52.94%降到6.01%。结论  极低体重儿PICC置管后静脉炎的发生率与材质、医护人员、患儿、管理、其他因素密切相关。
