This study aims to explore to what extent the effects of interaction between the self and the partner’s perceived responses to dissatisfaction, predict the relationship satisfaction in romantic relationships. The relationship satisfaction subscale of Relationship Stability Scale (Buyuksahin, Hasta & Hovardaoglu, 2005; Rusbult, Martz & Agnew,1998) and Responses to Dissatisfaction Scale (Taluy, 2013; Rusbult, Verette, Whitney, Slovik & Lipkus, 1991) were administered to 198 female and 118 male dating individuals. Moderated regression is conducted to investigate whether the moderation effect of the responses to dissatisfaction predicts the relationship satisfaction. Results reveal that among women the perceived partner’s “exit” is the predictor of relationship satisfaction whereas among men the perceived partner’s “neglect” is the predictor of relationship satisfaction. The investigation between the interaction effect of self and the partner’s perceived responses to dissatisfaction indicates that the individual’s and the perceived partner’s “exit”; the individual’s “neglect” and the perceived partner’s “loyalty” responses are the predictors of relationship satisfaction among women. Results are discussed in terms of theoretical approaches. Ozet Bu calismanin amaci, romantik bir iliskide yasanan sorunlar karsisinda verilen tepkilerin karsilikli etkilesiminin iliski doyumunu ne derecede yordadigini incelemektir. Calismaya, su anda yakin iliski yasayan 198’i kadin, 118’i erkek olan toplam 316 kisi katilmistir. Calismada Iliski Istikrari Olcegi’nin (Buyuksahin, Hasta ve Hovardaoglu, 2005; Rusbult, Martz ve Agnew,1998) iliski doyumu boyutu ve Ikili Iliskilerde Catisma Cozme Tepkileri Olcegi (Taluy, 2013; Rusbult, Verette, Whitney, Slovik ve Lipkus, 1991) uygulanmistir.  Yapilan bir dizi duzenleyici degiskenli regresyon analizi ile catisma cozme tepkilerinin  ortak etkilesiminin iliski doyumu uzerindeki etkisi incelenmistir. Iliski doyumunu yordayan catisma cozme tepkilerinin temel etkilerine bakildiginda, kadinlar arasinda partnerlerine iliskin algiladiklari cikis tepkisinin anlamli oldugu gozlenirken, erkeklerde partnerlerine iliskin algiladiklari yokmus gibi davranma tepkisinin anlamli oldugu gozlenmistir. Etkilesim etkisine bakildiginda ise kadinlar arasinda kendi cikis tepkileri ile partnerlerinde algiladiklari cikis tepkisinin ortak etkisi ve  kendilerinin yokmus gibi davranma tepkileri ile partnerlerinde algiladiklari baglilik ortak etkisinin iliski doyumunu anlamli olarak yordadigi belirlenmistir. Sonuclar kuramsal yaklasimlar cercevesinde tartisilmistir.
