statistical analysis has been performed on rebound index data collected in-situ at the bottom surface of a concrete floor over 130 m2 of testing area. Different measures of inherent variability were calculated. correlations between inherent variability measures were studied. it has been shown that skewed distributions can be fit with the best goodness of fit for the vast majority of the local statistical parameters studied.
