Objectives : The purpose of this study is to identify relationships betwee n turnover intention and variable factorsamong dental hygienists.Methods : Each factor of validity and reliability were investigated usi ng factor analysis and Cronbach’s α. Thehypothesis of the data was proven and analyzed using the pearso n correlation, regression analysis, and analysisof variance (ANOVA). Results : The independent variables were based on self-efficacy, the dependent variables were based on job satis-faction. The results of the regression analysis were that self -efficacy is as high as job satisfaction. Independentvariables based on self-efficacy and job satisfaction. The depe ndent variable is organizational commitment mul-tiple regression analysis was used. The results showed that sel f-efficacy and job satisfaction are as high as orga-nizational commitment. Independent variables based on organizat ional commitment. The dependent variable isthe turnover-intention. Simple regression analysis showed that organizational commitment is as low asturnover-intention. Self-efficacy, job satisfaction and organizational commitment are different depending onindividual traits and personal characteristics. Self-efficacy h as been shown to have a positive relationship withjob experiences, public work and turnover intention. Organizati onal commitment is also related with job experi-ences. However, there was no significant difference between job satisfaction, turnover intention and personalcharacteristics. Conclusions : According to the factor analysis of turnover intention, self- efficacy, job satisfaction, organizationalcommitment and turnover intention were correlated to each other .
